Orthodontic Appointments and Scheduling

We know that your time is very important. You may notice that our waiting area is not too large, nor is it packed with patients. A wait of 15 minutes would be rare. That is because we book our schedule appropriately for the procedures that are to be completed. We do not "overbook". Instead, we allow enough time to complete the job properly and keep the schedule running on time.

We encourage all of our patients to schedule their appointments before they leave our office. This allows us to keep you on track for a more successful and efficient treatment. We accommodate our patient's scheduling needs as much as we possibly can.

Because we use the latest techniques and materials available, our intervals between appointments can be extended to as much as 6 weeks. Over the course of a typical treatment, this can save several appointments.which means fewer missed days of school and work.

Everyone is encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment. If you should happen to show up over 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you must cancel an appointment we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice.
